The firmware is completely erased and replaced during the update process. If you didn't let the process finish, your Driver Station now has no firmware. There is a way to recover, but it means taking the cover off and soldering wires to the board, which will completely void the warranty. Contact FIRST and find out what they officially recommend for dealing with the situation.
