I would second this thought. I know I went in & set up a new FedEx account just to make sure everything was correct. FedEx will send an e-mail to the person that is registered in thier system, provided the shipping contact person has put that information in the system.
As far as who has & who has not received stuff is a mystery. One of our 2 team got the kit. Both were paid the same day, both use the same FedEx account. I'm not that worried becasue I would rather someone else get theirs before we get another.
