EasyC License removal, without computer

We are in an unfortunate situation, of having had our computers with EasyC V2 stolen. We still have the disk and CD key, and attempted to install it on a new computer. However, it told us that all seats for the CD-Key are taken. Is there any way that we can get the License for a CD key removed by Intelitek, without access to the computer that the license was installed on? We can provide the CD key, and registration information.

Also, is it possible to put files created with EasyC V2 into EasyC Pro?
