Lightbulb Changes in the New Revision of the Control System Manual
I create a Master PDF for every new version release which has all of the sections in 1 PDF and make sure that ever new section stats on an odd page number for simple double sided printing into a binder with dividers.

I ran a a text comparison tool to see differences in text so any formatting would be over looked but its the info we care about right? Anyway here is the output from the comparison. It has the old and new version side by side with markups where things have changed. It is not perfect but it is pretty good.
