We didn't weigh everything, but the main "Brick" (in lack of a technical name) (the thing with the giant off white cables coming from it) weighed about 4 pounds. The rest of the components were plastic so they weren't extremely heavy. I'm guessing the total weight of everything new for the robot was around 8-10 pounds. I have no idea what the old electronics weighed, so I can't give you an exact new weight.
