Paramount can mean the top, or a high rise, like into the air...Meaning an element of Wind.
A Phoenix is a mythical fire bird...connecting to the element of Fire.
Next to the city of Minnetonka, is Lake Minnetonka and many other small bodies of water. (map of the area)...Meaning the element of Water.
And Evergreen is also a tree that grows in the earth...obviously the element of Earth.

See if that helps.

Edit: here is some more tidbits of info:

From Wikipedia - The Greek Classical Elements (Earth, Water, Air, Fire, and Aether) date from pre-Socratic times and persisted throughout the Middle Ages and into the Renaissance, deeply influencing European thought and culture. The concept of essentially the same five elements were similarly found in ancient India, China, and Japan, where they formed a basis of analysis in both Hinduism and Buddhism, particularly in an esoteric context: the four states-of-matter, plus a fifth element to describe that which was beyond the material world (non-matter). http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Classical_element
