I think our team is lucky to have you. In my case I learned who you were last year through this forum, so its not a surprise to me to hear about your feelings in this valuable "community."

We have a good mix of experienced and inexperienced people on our team, and someone like you who "gets it" is so important. You are one of the people who are spreading the deep understanding of the FIRST commitment to others.

Way to go, and remember, we're not done yet! )
