Welcome to Chief Delphi and FIRST. The reason he calls it DRIVETRAIN FOR 2009 is probably because the 09 season is coming up and he needs advice on what to do or build.

I agree with Sanddrag that it all depends on your manufacturing abilities. A 6wd has been a good choice for many teams in the past.
