LIVE Kickoff Coverage
The Blue Alliance will again be traveling to Manchester, NH to cover the 2009 FIRST Robotics Competition LIVE. Once again, we will be bringing you up-to-the-minute and behind-the-scenes video, photos, and news. To get an idea for what this is like, check out our

"But wait," you might say. "That's a very read-only experience! How will The Blue Alliance engage me in their Kickoff 2009 coverage?"
Well, you ask a very astute question. One of the great things about FIRST is sharing knowledge and ideas within the community. To this extent, The Blue Alliance wants your help in deciding what coverage to bring you from the 2009 Kickoff!
There are a few ways to participate:
- Post a reply to this thread with ideas for specific information and formats you want to see. In years past, we have used Vimeo for videos, Flickr for photos, and Twitter for news, but if you have a new great idea, let us know!
- Help build the liveblogging web site we'll be using. Check out the technical discussion thread, where community members can help collaborate on our open-source liveblogging page. We want to show you how we do it, and get your input on doing it better!
- Tune in during Kickoff and see it all take place!
