It appears though that by pointing out JackN had two teams, he ended up receiving 247. I would agree that is fair if he sent in a list early, and didn't get the team.
Edit: you know what, it just isn't worth making everyone redo all of their picking. I'll just be diplomatic and pick up 94 for my second pick
