Doh! Thanks for the reminder.

The signal input stage of the Victor requires a little bit more current than a standard hobby transceiver will give, and therefore needs an inline amplifier. The Jaguar's signal input stage is several times less demanding current wise, and (probably) doesn't. I'll rely on Luminary to give the definitive answer.

The Digital Sidecar fills a similar role. The NI module the DSC plugs into has enough drive strength for servos and Jaguars, but needs a little help if it is to reliably drive several Victors.
