If the wiring diagram shows all of the breakouts receiving power from a single 5A breaker in the PD, then this is PROBABLY going to be acceptable solution per the FIRST rules. It's important, however, to note that many of the datasheets describe such wiring as "typical but the FIRST rules dominate". The real answer should be provided over the next few hours as the game and rules are unveiled.

IF FIRST allows all of the breakouts to receive power as shown and you use a 5A breaker, then it's important that every wire in the bundle be rated to carry 5A (typically at least 22AWG wire).
