Content Center problems with Inventor 2008

I am still using Inventor 2008 from last year, and am having problems with Content Center. I'm trying to use the design accelerator to make nuts & bolts, but when I try to insert fasteners in the bolted connection dialog, I get the following error message:

"Content Center server query failed. Please check your Content Center configuration to make sure all required libraries are present or check Content Center connectivity to server."

I installed Inventor 2008 with an old version still on my computer, then later uninstalled the old version. I think this might be the problem. If I uninstall 2008 and reinstall, will this make Content Center work?
