Two of us:
M-F -> 10am until 2 or 3pm (during school)
The rest:
M-F -> 10-11:30
I was surprised at how often everyone else is in. We don't have after school meetings, mostly because our team consists mostly of me(programming/electrical/pneumatic/team leader) and one builder/mechanical.
We do it all. The rest of the people don't care and therefore get odd jobs.
If something needs doing I take it home. The KOP went straight from Kickoff to my room this year

I spend about 30-35 hours on FIRST related projects a week.
