SMALL Parts Hubs

Student on team #159, Alpine Robotics, from Poudre High School.
Has anyone had any trouble with the Hubs for the wheelchair wheels cracking, breaking or otherwise failing? Our Hubs essentially shattered today while driving, we had replaced the bolts with longer ones. Any suggestions, Comments, Ideas?
