We can acquire single pictures with our camera, but we can't take a sequence of frames. When we try to take a sequence, the only option we have is to set the number of frames (none of the other options that are described in the NI manual). To run these tests we are using Vision Assistant 8.6. The program says we've acquired a sequence of images, but they're all blank (the frames are all black).
Any ideas? Is this a defective camera, defective software, etc?

i haven't actualy tried it but by looking at it, it seems legit and it's by first so if you have any issues make a comlaint about you're kit
