Well as we discussed
here, the vision systems that teams use will not be affected by the color of the bumpers and painted colors because the robots will not be tall enough to be recognized by the cameras.
Also <R02> only mentions the changing of a teams color to affect other teams, so if you maintain the same color throughout the competition you should be fine.
