What do the status lights say?

Does it get an IP? Try a null modem to the serial port.

Are you sure it's the cRIO? The PD does buzz.

The cRIO needs between 19 to 30V. Check to see if the wires are providing it between those limits.

If you do end up sending it it, I believe they send you one as soon as possible and you send the cRIO back, opposed to you sending it in and having to wait a long time.


I find it hard to believe that you truly broke it. These things can take a beating. Didn't they throw one off a building (while collecting accelerometer data) and have it survive?
