Yea, I agree with you on this. I'm guilty of it at times too. When I know that some of my mentors are watching, I behave as best I can. When I know they aren't, or when I think they're not, I'm not as well behaved. That's the same with many people on our team. And of course, there are some students who just don't care whether a mentor is watching or not, they act immaturely all the time.
