D. The BUMPERS must be covered with a rugged, smooth cloth (1000 dernier Cordura PlusŪ
strongly recommended). The cloth must cover all external parts of the bumper material
(pool noodle) and backing (plywood).
Fabric is always available at a fabric store and it comes in a variety of colors. We buy white and then paint it tie dye.
