LabVIEW has an evaluation copy that you can request, but it comes on CD. They also have nice online tutorials. It isn't extremely dificult to learn the basics, and to make the dashboard work. With the starter code I'm offering all you need to do is add custom indicators for each output that you want to use. The LabVIEW reqest site for an evaluation copy is below. I will be posting an .exe file for people without LabVIEW in the next few days.
