I don't agree mainly because I am on a team who can't afford to make a new banner every year, so if your team sponsors change from year to year, which ours does sometimes, you don't have to spend 100-200 bucks getting a nice 10'x3' vinyl banner made every year.
If you have vinyl printing on a banner of a strong material, the old stuff can easily be taken off & replaced with new art for your changing sponsors.
