On page 7 of the
comprehensive guidelines it specifies the protected area around the logo. I could be wrong about this, but from my understanding it looks like you don't have enough quiet space around the logo in the upper right corner. I don't know that for sure, that is my understanding of the rules.
I love the design of the site though.
