Different type of solenoid

In the past, there have been SMC solenoids in the KOP that connected to both ends of the cylinders and to the air supply. They pressurized one end of the cylinder and vented the other, and stayed in the set position until shifted.

I am looking for a type of solenoid that functions similarly, but when no voltage is applied to either side, BOTH ends of the cylinder are vented to the atmosphere. Problem is, I don't know what this would be called, or even if it exists. Can anyone help me?
