2009 Target Tracking

Ive had a couple people PM me about the 2009 target tracking code that i had "bragged" about a couple days ago, so i figured id post it.

The included vi (find targets in image.vi) is the labview file. Basically, if you wire the output from the camera's acquired image in "vision processing.vi", you should get a list of viable targets, provided you tune the HSV ranges for the target and have the proper settings for the camera so the color stays relatively constant (i believe WPI posted the optimal settings as White Balance = "fluorescent 1", auto-exposure = "true", brightness = "40").

note that the code is un-commented... i haven't bothered. if you want comments or some more documentation or have questions/concerns let me know.
