Wiring a potentiometer to the Analog Breakout

So we have some shiny new potentiometers that we would like to use on our robot this year but I don't have any idea how to wire them to the Analog Breakout. Specifically I would like to know which connector on the potentiometer goes to which pin on the Analog Breakout.
