While I'm not sure about PVC (since PVC pipe has weird sizes for it's ID and OD's), you can go to
McMaster and buy polycarbonate round pipe in fractional sizes that will fit around a .875" bearing. If polycarbonate pipe is too expensive, you can also buy PETG pipe, which is similar to polycarbonate buy about half the price.
