I'm assuming that you are decals you are refering to are your team number and sponsor's names. The team number must 5" or more. The sponsor's name should be clearly visible (I don't remember if there was a minimum size). There isn't a maximum size for any of these.

There isn't any size requirments for any other decals that are decorations.
