No. You are a safety hazard if you do.
Depends on the state of the robot. If it's on the field during a match, no. If the robot is on, no. If the robot is off, yes, provided that you can get in and out safely.
No. The competitions take place on Earth, which has an atmosphere. Space suits are only needed in areas of little or no atmosphere.
