: If you look in the manual, it talks about using the diodes(also included in the kit) to write the double solenoid in such a way that you can use a single relay...OR, you could most likely(guessing here now) use the method that's in the manual for connecting two one-way items to a single relay...don't remember exactly where it is, but take a look...

and failed... heh. something went wrong somewhere and we started smelling something funny.

so we just took a spike from last year and used that one. it's the easiest solution.
