I am running XP Home on a Macbook Pro and it runs fine, I have noticed too though that there are often hiccups in the program.

My single core dell desktop with crappier graphics ran 2008 only slightly worse than this pc runs 09, however the content center runs much better on this laptop than the old desktop.

4GB of ram is on my "to buy" list in a month or so.
