ANTI-MATTER, i was wondering...

Student on team #263, aftershock, from sachem and symbol and computer associates.
i was wondering if anti-matter was allowable because i didn't see it listed under additional hardware... oh yeahg and how that would affect or center of gravity.. please get back too me....wow i'm tired
