Anti-matter isn't abundant in our area of the universe.

Plus the combination of matter and anti-matter does make a rather large explosion, and I don't think Dean would like that too much. You'd also have to find something capable of holding the anti-matter without the reaction occuring.

I wonder if dilithium would really control the reaction.
