not sure exactly what you mean, but there is another long thread on the use of polycord belt (round tubing). you can buy it in pre-set lengths, of you can buy a section and make your own. it is pretty easy to work with and not very expensive.

do a search for 'polycord' in the thread search tool and the posts include several locations for different options. it comes in very thin (1/8" diameter) and larger sizes.

if you are thinking of belts like the gates belt in the KOP, there are connectors you can buy to make a specific size belt. I dont think they will work under a heavy load, but there are also several sizes available to purchase.
