How to make a quarter pipe curve
[quote=falconmaster;810332]You might try lexan. Find a can or pipe that is the shape you want and then heat the lexan with a heat gun to melt it into place around the pipe. You might also look at PVC or abs Pipe that is the diam you want and just cut it. Good luck

For our shooter quarter pipe, we are planning to cut radiused side walls in plywood, and bend 14" wide steel flashing around it. The flashing will have 1.5" tabs notched into the sides and bent at 90" angles to be screwed to the outside of the plywood. The flashing will have each 2" segment bent 5-10degrees with a cheap sheet metal hand brake to provide some stiffness across the gap. Haven't done it yet, but thats the plan. Probably need "lightning" holes in the sides, also for visibility of balls getting stuck. Also traction mat glued to the flashing and the shooting wheel.
