At the new hampshire team forum, FIRST stated that they would probably run registration in a way that we are seeing. In my opinion, they are probably opening up a certain number to first-come-first-serve at each regional, and reserving a certain number for teams that meet certain criteria. I think they're only reserving 5-10 at each regional though. I think everyone needs to get new regionals started for next year so we have enough!
