Some people are definitely confused. You're either one of them, or one of the causes of the others. I can't figure out what "inboard operator consul [sic]" is meant to refer to.

The Operator Console is automatically permitted to be left out of the shipping crate if desired, but it does not count against the 40 pound limit. That limit is for ROBOT parts.
