Online Mentor?

The other team programmer and I have very little Object Oriented Programming experience, as well as very little WindRiver experience, and I guess only very limited C++ programming experience in general. I've worked with C++ and OpenCV and simple robot programming in general, but the sample code this year is really hard for me to figure out.

I have an algorithm that I've written out in pseudocode, but figuring out implementation using a template with the IterativeRobot class is difficult for me (and I'm worried about how SimpleRobot might not switch immediately from autonomous to teleop, and I don't want the robot to get stuck). I am looking for somebody with more experience to help me figure out what goes where, and to give me a few pointers as to the details of implementing my pseudocode (one thing I really need is access to raw camera data--main R, G, B, and row & column values for pixels, as well as some details on how to set up victors to run various motors and extra non-joystick controls to control those victors).

So I was wondering if anybody would be willing to mentor via videoconference/screensharing? We're a west coast team (los angeles) so there's perhaps a time difference to consider, but I'm sure that could be worked out. Even an hour or two would help push my team forward a lot...
