I took a look at the teams that have qualified for the finals (the last 2 years) and were in the top 10 ('98) and made a list of those teams that had done this twice.

It goes without saying that that would be very hard to do without building incredible robots each year, and also that is would be easy to build incredible robots and not make this list.

Here is the list of the Best teams over the last 3 years:

157

These are the teams that I expect to build great robots again this year.
