Then as Lead Programmer, I suggest that you focus on your "main" (
team-designed) robot, and kindly (KINDLY) remind him why he's here, and what he has to sacrifice for the sake of the team. As stated above, he is there to guide you, and not only has he been a hypocrite, but he's going against what he's ultimately there for, which is inspiring you, the students.
