Re: Encoder Mounting Pads - Drawings?

We forgot to order them from AM and had to make our own.

One thing you may have to do if you make them yourself is replace the 4-48 screws with 4-40's. You may have to file the encoder parts a little with a jewelers file to get them to fit. Or, if you have a 4-48 tap that’s cool too

The indent in the back of the plate is excessive. It is there b/c our shafts were slightly too long, and we didn't want them to rub.

Took about half an hour to set up and make on the CNC.
