Symphonic metal sets me in the mood for programming; either Nightwish or Trans-Siberian Orchestra. They also help out when I'm doing electrical work.
Most of the time we don't have music on, though; we're chanting various things (such as "badger badger badger badger ... " -- we have a team-member named "Badger" and so we adopted the badger song).
