I agree with craig and luke, it seems like they have a spitter of sorts at the top (covered by the shirts), and I don't think 254 would make a plate with a hole for mounting something, and NOT mount something. I'm guessing a belt in the shape of a 7 or something that takes the balls from the bottom and spits it out.
