Well it looks like it is a powered dumper. There should be a difference between the two kinds of dumper robots, there is one who simply releases all the moonrocks they have at once and one who can control when they are releasing the balls. For us we have a design similar and our "dumper" is able to shoot the ball up to 6 feet if we wish but normally will be scoring from as close as possible.
