Great news! Thanks to our brilliant friends at NASA the webcast is fixed. Reload the link (
http://robotics.nasa.gov/events/2009_dc_webcast.php) and the webcast link works now. You can also open it in quicktime, which allows you to make the picture larger (I assume you can do this in Media Player as well).
