1. set up an account @
www.twitter.com
2. go to your profile settings and register your phone
3. go to a regional account, if im correct Midwest would be @firstil , and New Jersey is @firstnj etc. in other words @first(first letter code for each regional.) so to visit the Midwest page, you would do
www.twitter.com/firstil and that should take you stright to the page where you can follow the MidWest Regional
4. Follow that account and activate device updates
5. Sit back and enjoy
