Within our code the RT CompactRIO Target (10.21.47.02) is set to our team's IP address.

I did notice that part of the file name that is associated with the error message is RT CompactRIO Target (0.0.0.0).

C:\Program Files\National Instruments\LabVIEW 8.5\resource\plugins\NewDialogFiles\ProjectWizards \FRC\FRC Templates\build\FRCcRIOProject\RT CompactRIO Target (0.0.0.0)\FRC Basic Robot Deployment\c\ni-rt\startup\NI_FPGA_Interface.lvlib_NIFPGA System

Could this be part of the problem?
