I KNOW I've seen this waterfill thing somewhere before. Obviously it's not FIRST, but I know it's an actual competition. It involves build some kind of mechanical device to move the water around. Not a robot, but more like a Rube Goldberg type thing. Can't really think of a proper name for it, but apparently the author has gotten it and FIRST mixed up somehow.

What's really funny is that the guy obviously never even bothered to tune in to NASA TV to see what was going on. I wonder if he'll correct the article if we all e-mail him.
