Sorry to shout, but I wanted to get everyone's attention. I e-mail Wired.com about the article, and here's the reply I got:

I have already corrected the story and it will soon be back up on the Web site... The press release I got from the JPL had links to rules information that was incorrect, hence the erroneous information in the story. Thank you for the feedback and the revised
story should be up on the site soon.
