Alot of teams give out rewards.

My old team gave out awards for:
Best Rookie
Wish-Your-Was-Ours for our favorite robot
Drove it like you stole it for exactly that
Martha Stewart Pit Award, as josh said
Best Alliance Partner - given to an alliance partner we worked very well with
